Some notes about delivery

1. Delivery times can't be guaranteed as our couriers won't guarantee them to us. However, most orders arrive within the time estimated for that delivery method.
2. Orders where the billing address differs from the delivery address may take longer due to extra security checks. We do this to protect you from fraud.
3. Suppose you ask us to leave your order outside your property. In that case, your package becomes your responsibility once delivered, and our couriers nor we will accept liability if it is subsequently stolen.
4. The delivery time is approximately 6-12 working days. 
5. Orders are shipped on 2 business days on which it is placed*.

 

*Subject to stock availability. If any item you've ordered is not in stock, we'll get in touch immediately to explain when you'll be getting it.
